I work with a team of enthusiastic and motivated people in Kenya. My roles include verifying and confirm client’s information and identification, ensuring that standing rules, policies, procedures, and regulations areobserved, monitoring performance indicators quality (efficiency and) of credit administration, provides regular training on credit administration and business staff.
With more than 6 years of experience in Microfinance from customer service, business development and credit management, clear understanding of the task and training in the field of work he's motivated to learn, grow, and excel in the industry.
I have worked in several positions in the current organisation for 6 years now, the most recent is leading a team of 5 administrators for 2 years now. Prior to that I was a risk and administration officer from Business Development and customer service. Before then I had worked a security guard for more than 3 years as I was schooling at the same time.
I have learnt a lot form this position and I am proud to say I have developed good communication skills and leadership skills. I have been able to grow from customer service to Team leadership in one company I have been committed to.
I finished my class work for Diploma in Tax Administration at Kenya School of Revenue Administration(KESRA), now pending Research Project and Desk Training.
I have completed credit analysis and relationship management at Kenya School of Credit management.
I pursued CPA (Certified Public Accountant) course back in 2016 finished Part 1
