A resourceful facilities and transport manager experienced in construction work from the initial conceptual stage, through a feasibility study and detailed design. My capacity to work under pressure and deliver on time has won me the trust of many of my clients. I possess a solid background in project management, facilities management, fleet management, construction management, leadership and adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.

I have successfully handled the following roles; supervising and overseeing the staff in maintenance, security and transport departments, coordinating building maintenance work with Buildings & Grounds staff that affect normal building operations, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work on the buildings, furniture, fixtures and fittings are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner, giving professional advice to the management on matters relating to new construction projects and monitoring the progress of the construction activities.
