I specialize in supply-demand balancing, performance optimization, driver and partner lifecycle management, compliance oversight, and cross-functional execution. I believe operational success is not accidental it is designed through disciplined systems, clear priorities, data-driven decisions, and strong team leadership.
Throughout my career, I have led teams, improved service reliability, reduced inefficiencies, and strengthened stakeholder relationships by focusing on structure, accountability, and measurable performance outcomes. I am particularly passionate about marketplace and mobility operations, where supply stability, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction must work in harmony.
