I am an Operations Specialist with over 5 years of experience in the technology industry providing operations and people management. Adept in business development; quality assurance; client service management and people development. Has strong leadership and management; analysis and problem solving; planning and organization; communication; and team work skills.

I have experience working with fortune 500 companies and other high profile clients in the tech industry. My current position entails supporting up to 3 workstreams and ensuring high client performance and meeting all the SLAs.

At Samasource, I worked in multiple projects dealing with different clients of who demanded high performance. In the SRY project to be specific I managed to conduct a pilot successfully and ended up setting an all high quality score of 99%. Also I used to manage a large number of teams consisting of 20-30 agents and I had to ensure they all met their performance metrics.
