I am equipped with extensive client facing experience required a hands on experience with clients. Adaptability,

multi tasking, computer literacy, problem solving are my strong suites as evidenced by my experience currently at a call center managing international campaigns, coupled with ability to manage teams to attain set goals which is a key factor in all setups.

I'm currently working as a team manager in one of the fast rising BPO.I mange a team of 25 agents whose main role is offering remote customer service to to our clients who are based in the USA.

I'm a holder of a degree in Forensic Science.
