I have worked as a customer service representative at Nairobi City County Government for 3 months. I have also worked at Masinde Muliro University as an Information Technology Staff for 3 months. I have also worked as a shop assistant during high school breaks at a local shop in Kakamega.

I went to Nairobi Aviation College and graduated with a diploma in Cabin Crew last year which is more than working in an aircraft we were exposed to customer service in any work environment.
