Am a hotelier by profession with experience of 10 years having worked in different departments ranging from Sales account management, Front office operations, Reservations and revenue management.

This experiences has given me an uphand in costumers management and analysis, setting sales strategies and revenue analysis with all aiming at increasing and achieving set targets when it comes to the revenue generation and sustainability.

I hold a Bachelors degree in Hotel and hospitality management as well as a diploma from the Institute of commerce management in hotel operations and management. I also hold single subject diplomas in Front office operations , business fundamentals and other relates hotel operation departments.
