My name is Diana Mutheu, I would describe myself as a positive, hardworking, and resilient person in that I am able to deal with difficult scenarios whenever need arises, I am a professional and a fast learner therefore would be able to get through to a lot of clients within a short time to achieve the goals and targets of an organization. I have an intense customer service with my previous roles as a front office agent in Lovely garden guest home, Kisumu international airport among others and I am confident that my skills and qualifications are well suited for the role.
I have worked as a customer service agent at Kisumu international airport where I was able to gain communication and listening skills as this was my first job in the customer service industry, I was able to learn how to talk and respond to customers as well as asking the right questions and offering my assistance to customer queries and concerns learning problem-solving skills.
I then proceeded to the lovely garden guest home as a front office agent, while I was there I learned marketing skills as the front desk was the first contact with clients and we acted as brand ambassadors for the hotel,selling our services and products, I was later promoted to the front office supervisor, overseeing all activities front office and here I gained a lot of leadership skills as well as team work.
I began my primary school education in the year 2004 to the year 2012 at Kilango Primary school, I proceeded to Masinga girls secondary school for my secondary school education from the year 2013 to 2016 and later joined The University of Eldoret for my Bachelors Degree where I persued a course in Tourism and Hospitality management for a period of four years.
