Iam a born again christian,a church leader in Chrisco church ,Nairobi,Kenya.A Kenyan by birth a holder of Bachelor degree in Construction management, Higher Diploma in Building and civil engineering, Dip. 1 in Project Management and . Am registered as a Corporate member with Architectural Association of Kenya in the Construction Project Management chapter. I have over 20years vast experience in multiple construction project management in vast locations where I was involved in budgeting, procurement planning & management and quality control as a Project manager.
I am honest,result oriented, proactive, can work under pressure, a team player, computer literate, have excellent interpersonal skills and a good communicator. i have been working with a team of project manager to deliver projects on time and cost.I have also been involved in facility management , Monitoring & evaluation, performance evaluation of staff ,risk, safety issues and disability mainstreaming.
Am a trained Environmental impact assessment and Audit expert and I have been in involved in procurement planning and management.I have handled project through the Project life cycle from conception,design,acquisition,approvals,execution ,hand over and management.
I have been trained in Climate change projects and financing. I have a good engineering background and i have good exposure in the commercial and residential projects.

I have a career spanning for over 25 years in Construction Project management and Administration services, i have been involved in construction works,project management and facility management.I have wide exposure from inception of projects,implementation and facility management.I have worked with a major construction company and later joined a utility company in construction project management and facility management ,where i was handling new multiple Administrative services and construction projects with a team of project managers under me. I was also in charge of Administrative services ,monitoring service contracts to ensure delivery on time and cost.
