A summary of the roles I have handled include; overseeing large construction projects, with day-to-day management and monitoring of contractor works; reviewing the work progress on daily basis and analyse, manage and mitigate risks; Coordinating and directing contractor and subcontractors; preparing internal and external reports pertaining to project status and reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs;

Aside from that, I also review terms of agreements, draft contracts provide insight and approve tools, materials and equipment and track inventory; I am able to successfully present complex ideas with a high degree of clarity and recognize and properly lead change in all types of organizations. I have devoted my career to developing proven strategies in order to meet or exceed client expectations.
