While I worked as a Receptionist, I welcomed guests, answered phone calls, and directed inquiries to the appropriate personnel. I managed the front desk, ensuring a professional and organized appearance. This position helped me sharpen my Customer service and interpersonal skills which were crucial in this role to provide a positive experience for visitors and maintain a professional image for the company.
