My name is Ivy Cheptoo and I am a student at the University of Kabianga pursuing Human Resource Management.I can handle data clerk work with minimum typing errors.I have knowledge on basic software program such as MSWord and MS Excel.I also have a high level of written skills that includes spelling and grammar.My skills include ; customer service,time management, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, proper etiquette and book keeping.

I have worked as an intern at the kericho county assembly for one year.

I studied for my diploma in human resource management at Kisii university and currently studying at the University of Kabianga pursuing Human Resource Management and business management.
