I am Edward Asati, currently the manager of Crayfish camp. I can describe myself as an industrious, result motivated, trainer and commercially aware of business needs. For example in my current position , restaurant sales vs general revenue was at 11% and SOP were at 22% but over 5-6 months in charge the revenue for restaurant sales stands at 40% and performance score for SOP is 82% .This is a tremendous increase of 29% and 60% respectfully.
