I am a Monitoring, Evaluation,Learning Certified by Evaluation Society Of Kenya, ESK and Operations Management Specialist with focus on strategy development, Project Cycle Management (PCM), Program Design, Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation of integrated programs in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM),Resource mobilization, economic empowerment,Organization capacity building, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Governance, Livelihoods, Education, Health and Child Protection, Designing and managing functional M&E systems that tracks and demonstrates results and impacts in HIV/AIDS, OVC, FP-RMNCH, WASH, malaria, education, livelihood, governance & leadership, among other social-economic sectors.
Additionally, I develop policy briefs and conduct training on governance, Organizational Capacity Development, Project Cycle Management (PCM) and Grands management and budgeting.
I have vast experience and skills in developing strategic plans, program designs, project management tools (detailed implementation plans, project tracking tools, periodic cash flows and indicator tracking tables), M&E frameworks and plans and conducting baseline surveys and program evaluations.
I am dedicated and committed monitoring and evaluation specialist in health management and community development, with 8+ years of progressive experience in setting up an M&E system and a proven track record of improving output rates while developing the analytical and critical thinking skills necessary to thrive in program interventions at management level. My experiences encompass designing, implementing, and envision tracking program progress and embracing technology for both data collection and decision making. This is in line with managing evidence-based family-centered service delivery for OVC, adolescent’s HIV prevention programs, Water Sanitation & hygiene, integrated nutritional & health projects, other public health programs both national and County-based.
My main areas of technical expertise include monitoring and ensuring high quality and timely inputs, and ensuring that the project maintains its strategic vision and activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a cost-effective and timely manner. I have vast experience in preparation of the Quarterly/Annual reports on project progress and monitoring the project activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining the MIS of the Project and collection & analysis of different data in relation to the project activities. I am also well-grounded in concepts and proposal development.
Key donors that I have experience of working closely with include PEPFAR, Irish AID, EU, and other private donors.
