About

I am a Kenyan citizen from birth. I have a wide knowledge in research, project design, monitoring and evaluation as well as project audits.

I have worked as an M&E specialist in several projects, namely: World vision- WASH projects, Ministry of Water and Irrigation among others.

I am looking to work with an organization that needs someone who can be sent to monitor and audit projects across the globe and expect results above the expectation. I wish to help projects attain maximum reach and results across all regions.

I am passionate about communities in vulnerable areas and children.

Over my 10 years in research and monitoring and evaluation I have managed to create a good rapport with data collector, workers, leaders and trainers across East Africa. Armed with the experience and the networks I have created I believe I have what it takes to push Projects in the hardest and furthest corners of the globe.

Research executive- Intern

I was working close to the research teams. My roles included:

Questionaire design, development, testing and feeding into collection devices(tablets and phones)
Field officers supervision
Data collection through CATI (Computer aided telephonic interviews)

Project manager- Adrec Ltd (research consultants and project design)

At Adrec I was tasked with running all areas of project management and monitoring and evaluation. Here I was tasked with:

Project pitching to possible clients and/or donors.
Monitoring and evaluation questionaires, data collection, data analysis, data cleaning, report writing and presentation to the clients and/or donors.
It is here that I develoled passion for projects and faced all challenges. My colleagues in senior positions would travel outside Kenya and leave the office under my care. This was because I has not yet gotten the privilege of a passport. I successfully led the junior officers and team players in tender application, presentation, research projects as well as client meetings.
