My name is Euginsam Owuoth and I would describe myself as discipline and deligent in working and suppotive of other people in working environment. I have experience in dealing with different types of customers especially by being empathitic and using emotional intelligence.

I have worked with Kenya Airways as an intern for a period of 3months that gave the opportunity to exercise my skills and talents in dealing with customers with different backgrounds and cultures.

I attained certificate in Airline customer service by International Air Transport Association (IATA)through Kenya Airway Training Institution (Pride Centre)
