Am a Human Resource Practitioner in the HR Field and I have acquired the following skills and abilities for the last 9 years of my career namely: Reviewing and making amendments to the Organization Policies, recruitment/interviewing, training and development, performance management, compensation and talent management communication skills, candidate and personnel background checks, teamwork, budgeting, employee contract, minute writing, report writing, travel management, office administration, management, calendar management, email correspondence, document and archive management, Project management and implementation, human resource, and personnel development.
Further to that I have been carrying out managerial roles and advising on policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of the organization in line with the mission and vision of the organization. I have also been facilitating the employee’s payroll, managing training, and ensuring all the policies are adhered to through the guidance of the Human Resources Policies.
Lastly but not least some of my achievements include developing the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops Staff Code of Conduct and also I have in the past worked successfully with External Human Resources Consultants in the Job Evaluation Process of the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops in redesigning staff job descriptions and scheme of service.
Am a Certified HR with a Masters degree in Public policy and Administration, a Bachelor's degree in HRM, and a National Higher Diploma in HRM
