I am a chef, barista, waitress and customer experience specialist with a passion for driving customers satifaction, brand image and ultimately achieve growth. I have more than 2 years hotel industry experience, having worked with Eton a leading three-star hotel in Thika and Salut Lounge. In my previous role, I held several positions starting from a store attendant, waitress, and barista and also as a chef.
In all roles I was actively involved in customer service and providing appealing value preposition which included, preparation of different types of coffee, serving orders, accepting payments,
preparing and setting up tables, checking freshness of food and ingredients, planning recipes while as well ensuring serving of uniform and quality meals. I was also involved in ensuring hygiene and kitchen safety standards. As an intern, I was also involved in monitor inventory for reorder of ingredients.
Some of my strong points are presentation, communication, detail oriented, and team spirited which I believe are essential skills for this role. Equally I am proficient customer care and have the ability to deliver customer satisfaction. I believe am well suited for this position and will bring on board my skills, experience, networks and positivity, which will be impactful for this position.
