A result-oriented community development practitioner experienced in providing administrative support to complete projects and organization goals aligned with standard operating procedures.

I am knowledgeable in: Records Management, dissemination of project information to project stakeholders, gathering and inputting data into Information Systems, and developing and maintaining project deliverables. For the last 9 years, I have been involved in the monitoring and evaluation of Reproductive health and HIV/AIDS initiatives, community mobilization, field research, capacity building, implementation of community-based projects as well as Data quality assessments. I am looking for a position in a challenging environment that strives for organizational and personal development.

 Have hands on statistical analysis packages e.g. Excel, SPSS, epidata entry client and epidata manager.  Working knowledge of CPIMS, DREAMS, DATIM, PEPFAR reporting systems and DHIS2  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Dashboards, Power pivots, advanced excel formulas, conditional formatting)  Excellent knowledge of data visualization by use of Power BI  Knowledge of and interpretation of MER indicators in HIV/AIDS (OVC, DREAMS and Clinical) and reproductive health.  Experience in using mobile data collection software such as Kobo collect, ODK and COMM Care.

 Working experience as Data quality assessment (DQA) consultant  Working experience with MOH systems and personnel and in USAID-funded integrated OVC, RMNCAH, and HIV (care and treatment)  Ability to write reports and proposals  Good project management skills.  Attentive to details, accurate and a keen observer.  Highly organized with good time management skills.  Professional training in M&E/DHIS.  Familiarity with national and global health indicators.  Experience in developing M-health Solutions
