Internship at Uwezo Fund Oversight Board Under Public Service Commission

Duties and Responsibilities

• Issuing loans forms and assisting citizens to fill in loan applications;
• Giving current loan status to Uwezo Fund beneficiaries;
• Ensuring compliance of the completed loan forms from potential Uwezo Fund borrowers before linking to CUFMC’s for processing;
• Initiate loans for vetting and play an active role on loan recovery;
• Develop a schedule of group meetings and attend meetings of groups which are not servicing their loans;
• Filling Constituency loan status reports on monthly basis;
• Registration of groups that require standardization of their products with Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) for submission to the Board;
• Develop a loan aging analysis and share with the CUFMC’s Secretary for onwards submission to the Board.
