George Ngacha

I am a third-generation construction professional and Project Manager based in Nairobi with over 17 years of experience delivering construction and real estate projects across East Africa. Throughout my career, I have been involved in projects with a combined value exceeding USD 62.5 million, managing every stage of the project lifecycle—from feasibility studies and site evaluations to design coordination, pre-contract planning, tender management, contract award, construction supervision, and project close-out. Since 2011, I have served as a Director of Crystal Project Management Ltd. (CPM Ltd.), where I have led and supported the successful delivery of residential, hospitality, commercial, and institutional developments in Kenya, Uganda, and Zanzibar.

These projects have required close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, careful planning, and a practical approach to solving challenges throughout the construction process. My professional experience includes project budgeting, cost planning, tendering, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and client reporting. I have worked closely with Architects, Structural & Civil Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical and Other specialised consultants to supervise, coordinate, design and construct by ensuring projects are delivered in line with client expectations.

I have also represented clients during property acquisitions, financing discussions, and other commercial transactions, always with a focus on protecting their interests and achieving successful project outcomes.
