I believe my strong communication and time management skills as well as knowledge in HR will help me excel as an employee in your organization. I recently completed my studies at Moi University where I was pursuing Bachelor of degree in Human Resource Management. During my time at the university, I gained a lot of knowledge on human resource management fundamental functions including staffing, provision of employee safety, compensation, training and development and the planning, controlling, and directing of the organization’s most valued assets i.e., the workers. I have also worked at Flexi Personnel Ltd as a recruitment intern and therefore understand fully the operations, strategies, and policies applicable to HR that will ultimately help the company achieve its goals. I would like to apply this acquired knowledge and experience to your organization. The position will also allow me to continue networking with professionals in the field and hopefully learn from them.

• Preparing Job Adverts. 2. Longlisting and shortlisting the most suitable candidates, 3. Headhunting directly and using the different platforms, 4. Preparing interview questions, 5. Communicating and coordinating candidates for interviews, 6. Supervising candidates sitting for psychometric tests, 7. Conducting reference checks for successful candidates and lastly communicating to candidates on interview outcome for closure.
