I was recently working for a BPO company known as CCI Kenya as a call and chat agent for the Instacart campaign which is an American and Canadian online shopping company. I am looking to move from my old role to a new and better level in my career. I’ve expanded my professional skill set and built great relationships with my former coworkers and clients.
