I am writing to you regarding the position of ICT Support Officer. I believe my career history and skill set make me an ideal candidate for this position. Through my degree, I have developed a wide range of technical skills from software development, hardware, and network installation and configuration, and operating systems to database design and web development. In addition to my existing IT skills, I learn quickly how to use new software and I am always eager to learn from others.
Having worked at Halton's Pharmacy and Samasource Kenya, I have gained massive experience in installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, solving technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person and providing appropriate solutions.
Through my experience working at these companies, I have demonstrated a range of skills including the ability to build rapport and work with different types of people and I believe I could fit easily into your team. In the current position am supporting over 3000 employees both remotely and on premise. I am a hard worker, strongly motivated to working IT and able to bring energy and enthusiasm to this role,
