Since Dec 2020 to March 2021 I had been working as a Data Remediation Clerk with Kenya Commercial Bank Group.Prior to that I was a Freelance Marketing Consultant from March 2016.Before Consultancy I was a Territory Manager/Area Sales Manager-Western Kenya with Vivo Energy Kenya Ltd. This is after being Customer Service Coordinator from September 2011 with the same company. Before then I was a Customer Service Representative with Safaricom Limited for about 5 years.Prior to joining Safaricom I worked with Kencall EPZ LTD as a Telesales Executive.
Apart from the above mentioned experience ,I have excellent oral and written communication skills. I also have strong critical thinking and analytical skills. In addition to that,I have good interpersonal skills. I am also a great team builder with great persuasive skills. I also have a strong and pleasant personality.I am computer proficient with with great market awareness,entrepreneurial spirit and customer focus.
