About
ICT professional with hands-on experience using Zoho applications to support business operations, customer service, and workflow automation. During my internship at IKA Three Sixty, I worked with Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Desk, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Commerce, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Campaigns to support different business processes. I have experience setting up CRM records, creating FAQ bots, managing products and inventory, supporting customer service teams, and learning workflow automation with Deluge.
I also have a foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and GitHub, and I'm always looking to improve my skills in the Zoho ecosystem.
