I am a person who maximizes my technical expertise and problem-solving skills in real-time as an IT Support Specialist and Systems Administrator, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of IT systems on timely manner while continuously expanding my knowledge in the ever-evolving field of technology.

Having attained a Bachelor of Information Technology and General Administrative Skills with Working Knowledge of Public Administration and System Administration. I have vast experience in User Support, Hardware Maintenance, Software Installations and Network Support, Troubleshooting, Computer Security, Installation and Training of Users how to use Applications. I also have experience in Biometric Systems and Registration of Users and conducting Daily Backups.

I believe I am the right candidate for any job that requires the above.
