Quality Assurance - PWANI OIL PRODUCTS LIMITED - HCCP (Home Care & Cosmetics Plant)

• Plant monitoring during products manufacturing by ensuring MMDs are strictly followed and all CCPs such as PH and temperatures are under control
• Ensuring all raw materials are available in good conditions as per the MMD of each product
• Line inspection of the finished products and packaging materials
• Overseeing and Ensuring GMP rules are followed strictly by all Personnel through proper documentation, plant hygiene that has to be done through line clearance and cleaning at the end of every shift, C&S (cleaning and sanitization) by chemicals or hot water since products are Micro sensitive
• Ensuring all products parameters such as VISCOSITY, ACTIVE DETERGENT, LATHER VOLUME, PH AND VIABLE COUNTS comply to the standards and specifications before releasing goods to the market
• Monthly and weekly report writing on quality issues to supervisor

Quality Assurance Inspector - PWANI OIL PRODUCTS LIMITED – HPC (Home & Personal Care)

• Plant monitoring and process control through online checks of the critical control points i.e reactor temperatures and pressure & vacuum steam pressure
• Line inspection of the finished products and packaging materials
• Overseeing and ensuring GMP rules are followed strictly by all personnel, i.e proper documentation and plant hygiene marking against the standards of ISO-22716
• Receiving, inspecting and approving incoming chemicals and packaging materials for use in the production
• Ensure finished product are within specification and are without non-conformity before releasing the products to finished goods warehouse

• Water analysis i.e. PH, Total hardness, Total dissolved solids and chlorides
• Perform laboratory tests to produce reliable data
• Preparation of samples ready for analysis
• Chemical stock taking weekly and labeling where necessary
• Maintain and operates laboratory equipment like weighing balances, titrates, moisture analyser, pipetting machines and PH meter
• Maintaining laboratory records and data
• Maintaining 5s within the laboratories
• Follow and ensure strict safety procedures and safety checks
• Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents like HCL, NaOH and silver nitrate
