I have worked as a call center agent at CCI kenya and I loved the experience. I'm more passionate with the customer service job because it matches my skills and personality. I'm a good team player with good communication skills and so I enjoy every conversation with my customers and I feel more happy when my customers are satisfied with the resolution.

I have undergraduate degree in special needs education from maseno university and I'm a certified special needs educator and rehabilitation consultant.
