I am a customer service professional with excellent customer experience for nearly two years. My training and experience in customer care is acquired from various interactions with customers in various sectors is my key selling point and gives me the required skill sets to handle customers. Having worked in two positions as a customer service assistant and Medical Sales agent, I have acquired core skills which include excellent communication and problem solving through coming up with resourceful ideas.
In addition to this, I have pursed a degree in Business and entrepreneurship which comes in handy to boost my business acumen.
