I am a Criminology professional with more than 10 years of experience in regional coordination, Data entry and management, administration, training, recruitment, customer relations, marketing and team leadership. Throughout my career, I have worked with teams, students, clients and other stakeholders across different counties and international campuses. I have been responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, improving service delivery, managing institutional resources and helping teams achieve their targets.

I am particularly comfortable working in fast-paced environments where good communication, practical problem-solving and strong relationships are important. I also bring hands-on experience in training, field coordination, customer engagement and programme promotion.
