My work experience has enabled me acquire expertise in reviewing and reporting presentations to decision makers to enhance decision making.

Production planning, complying with all company’s policies, maintaining standard operating procedure (SOPs), maintaining attendance records to ensure no section has less manpower than expected, adhering to FIFO principles (First In First Out), offering trainings to team members to ensure everyone has technical knowhow of the production process, maintaining overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) above 88%, releasing finished goods based on sale orders, doing calculations on packaging materials used and balances and determining number of those that have been damaged, ensuring safety through use of personal protective equipment (PPEs), filling in production forms based on good production and seconds in every shift, ensuring quality production through liaising with Qcs department, reporting to superiors on production progress on stipulated dates/intervals, evaluating production processes and reporting to human resource manager, solving disputes among employees, preparing annual leaves for employees, creating a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring employees to take action and solve problems, assigning tasks to team members based on individual strengths and promoting teamwork-driven environment to meet goals.
