- Co-designed a research framework linking WASH, climate-resilient and agriculture for 120 households with children under five leading implementations in remote, resource-constrained and culturally diverse settings of Kajiado county.
- Implemented community livelihoods and resilience programme linking climate-smart agriculture, nutrition, and household economic strengthening.
- Coordinated training of 150 trainers delivering skills on food production, household income generation, and sustainable livelihoods in Kajiado, Kiambu and Nyandarua counties.
- Introduced bucket farming to 100 households in Kajiado, with 60% reporting increased consumption of leafy vegetables and improved dietary diversity scores.
- Managed field activity workplans, ensuring timely execution and coordination across teams (agronomist, water quality engineer, community members, procurement and finance teams.)
- Distributed 1,200 water filters and treatment tablets, raising safe-water usage from 41% to 76% and achieving a 28% reduction in diarrhoea incidence.
- Supported vulnerable households to adopt small-scale income generating activities including bucket farming and home-based production.
