Juliet Kathurima

I am a graduate from Kenya Methodist University where I pursued a degree in Business Administration and graduated with second class honors (upper division). I am Continuing Certified Public Accountant, (CPA1) and I am well versed with various computer application packages.

I have previously worked with Faulu Microfinance Bank Ltd as a Sales Officer, and National Bank as an intern. In my job role I have covered a wide range of market segments giving me excellent skills in client analysis and profiling as well as acquisition to derive bank’s business development aspirations through building esteemed relationships.

I have worked as a Relationship Officer- Operations (Customer service and Teller) at SMEP Microfinance Bank. In this position, I have perfected skills such as; direct customer support, client acquisition and retention, actively participating in front office Operations, client relations skills, and seeking customer feedback on different products and services offered by the bank.

Taking the initiative has always been my career strength along with understanding responsibilities and upholding work ethics.
