I began my internship in the county government of Nakuru as a public relations specialist. I acquired communications skills, letter writing skills as well as report writing skills from the role .I later move to starting my own informal business for a year after finishing my studies before i got a job as a customer service representative at sokowatch. Due to my efficiency i was promoted to a supervisory role where i learnt about customer experience and satisfaction.
I also led a team of tele sales reps who were focused on revenue generation. I applied for a managerial position and was considered as manager in Eldoret branch where i let a team of field sales representatives .During my time as manager , i achieved sales targets month o month and attended leadership summits to grow my managerial skills and sales skills. Due to my commendable job, i got promoted to East Africa sales enablement lead where i trained sales people and managers and how to grow and achieve their targets.
I later piloted a Country lead role for Tanzania where i was tasked to ensure efficiency across all departments .When the business changed their model, i was tasked to be the East Africa account management lead and lead the account managers across East Africa
