I am a Human Resource professional, a member of IHRM, with in-depth experience in diverse industries. I have vast experience and professional training in the Human Resource management ranging from formulation of policies, recruitment, induction, orientation, training and development, performance management, Health and safety, staff appraisals, performance management, staff welfare to staff separation. I’ve got excellent organizational, coordination, analytical skills and result oriented. In my working history, I have been involved in formulation, implementation of company operational policies as well as developing standard operating procedures.
I have experience of over 9 years in human resource management in diverse industries including, FMCG, Real Estate, Agri-business, EPZ, Transport and Logistics, Education sector and HR consultancy.
I am a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management and currently pursuing CHRP.
