I would describe myself as someone who is hardworking and self motivated. Combined with my experience in customer service, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization. I see the position of customer service agent as the perfect next step in my career. I expect to be able to develop myself further as a professional.

I studied a hospitality Management course,which is in the service industry,this means that all we do is to make the customer happy and satisfied.

I worked in a hotel as a front office receptionist. This role helped improving my skills as a customer service representative since most of the time ,I handled customers queries.I also received a lot of calls,both local and international calls.
