- Involved in conducting production forecast for weekly and monthly basis
- Training farmers on financial inclusion via VSLA
- Collaborating with county government agricultural officials to conduct sensitisation meetings to farmers to educate them on importance of different cashcrops and food crops

- Training new workers on flower handling both sprays and standard roses to minimise damages
- Ensured that correct cutstage and cut points was done in both sprays and standard roses
- Carrying out forecast of flower production to determine future productivity
- Training workers on chemical safe use and correct use of PPE
- Compiled and analyzed data on productivity which was used to make informed predictions on performance of the farm
- Keeping records of workers and recording the muster roll and register
- Training on pests and diseases identification and how to sort them during harvesting to avoid interception especially FCM
- Ensuring that the targets have been completed by each worker and the work is of desired quality and follow the SOPs of the company
SCOUTER - FLORA OLA LIMITED

- Pest and diseases detection and monitoring and recording for immediate response by the spray team
- Training workers on pest and diseases identification and how to control and sort them
- Implementing the IPM method in the farm to minimise use of chemicals like application of phytocelous, flower dust and application of pheromone traps and stickers
