Qualified and knowledgeable IT Support Technician with 3 years of helpdesk and customer service experience. As a network specialist, I am responsible for providing support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, as well as undertaking urgent network repairs, updates, and migrations outside of normal business hours. I am also involved in the architectural design and testing of the company's applications. I have developed expert skills in areas such as network design, switch configurations, troubleshooting, and data center management.
I possess strong interpersonal skills and regularly interact with customers and colleagues from other departments. My previous roles include Maintenance Technician and Information Technology Intern.
I recently completed the ServiceNow NextGen Skill Bridge Program, a 12-week virtual training program that focuses on cloud-based software platform implementation and app development. I successfully led a group of 5 as the project manager for the final development project. I have also completed a four-year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree at Mount Kenya University, where i studied subjects such as computational science, cyber-physical systems, cyber security, programming, networking, and network communications.
I am currently continuing my studies in programming, information systems, and cloud computing. Previously, I obtained your Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education at Kiini High School, where you were a member of the Scouts Club.
