I am a twenty nine year old young lady, who is career driven with a diploma in Hospitality Management .And hereby seeking employment in various aspects of the industry. With four years experience in the industry, I have worked in Front office operations, waitressing and guest relations.My goal is to achieve my career objective by working in the best of establishments thereby contributing to its continued prosperity. I am hardworking, honest and a good team leader with good interpersonal skills.

Over the years I have gathered my experiencein the hospitality industry by working in front office as a guest relations officer in 4 star and 5 star hotels .My focus solely lies on yielding maximum output to the company and dedication to excelllent customer service. I comunicate very well and Iam good at problem solving.Other than being good at time management, I value team work and thrive well in a team environment.

I am a diploma holder in Hospitality management from Nairobi institute of business studies.
