I am responsible for all aspects of operations, to day-to-day operations, staff and guests’ management. I am an ambassador for the brand. I am responsible for developing operational plans, managing transactions, developing the business and increasing profitability.
I also develop and submit weekly monthly and quarterly performance and progress reports to the directors. I provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximize operations and guest satisfaction. Work Very closely with the directors and other stake holders.
I am also responsible for managing the Hotels management team (HOD\’s) and overall targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. I manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.
