Seasoned banker with 7 years’ experience in various departments of the bank. Piloted a Workload Analysis tool that is used to measure the productivity of staff in Operations departments. Expert in business process improvement solutions and process re-engineering initiatives.

Experienced in documentation of all bank procedures and carrying out accreditations. Dedicated in good work practices through trainings to ensure that procedures are followed in day-to-day bank operations. A team player, who is geared towards providing solutions.
