I am self driven individual with a keen eye for detail. I dream and think of sustainable practices with a special affinity for content on scope 3 emissions. I studied Real Estate (Valuation and Property management) in university, Natural resources valuation was my bread and butter. One of the key achievements in my professional career is being part of the team at Equity group foundation (Nairobi, Kenya) that championed afforestation/reforestation actions towards the former target tree cover of 10%. I am currently at the same role and boast of coordinating planting of 0ver 5 million trees to date.
I started out working at the Equity Group Foundation at its headquarters in Nairobi as a regional coordinator for tree planting, conversion of institutions from using fossil energy to clean energy for their operational needs, supporting climate smart agriculture adoption in interior areas within Kiambu and adoption of clean energy for households in the ASAL areas.
