Duties

• Organising all shipments in line with the company requirements.
• Ensuring the integrity of import/export documentations such as idfs, proforma and commercial invoices and packing lists and overseeing custom clearance of the imported products
• Timely preparation of import documentations and verification of all freight invoices.
• Maintenance of records, system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times.
