I am a self-motivated, results-oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with 16 years of expertise in all facets of the industry both in Kenyan and Seychelles markets. Verifiable tract record for the successful completion of projects exceeding Kenya Shillings 3.5 Billion in volume with contract periods of up to 3 years through coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients while maintaining costs, timelines and specifications. Versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, impeding design problems, document preparation, building code and regulations, material purchasing, site management through to certification of occupancy.

I also attend C.P.D seminars approved by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (2006 – to date) in order to continue developing my project management and Contract Administration skills as well as keeping up to date with the emerging trends in the construction industry.
