Am a seasoned hotelier and mainly a Chef with a keen and enthusiastic approach to cooking exceptional healthy food with over 10 years experience. Having worked with some of the great Chefs from my early days as an apprentice, l developed a great desire to make an impact as a Chef and over the years my track record and achievements as one has enabled me to be among some of the recognized Chefs and my passion makes me yearn for more as l pursue greater heights in my professional career.
Having attended a Hotel Management Course at Technical University in Nairobi, graduating with a pass the desire was evident after securing a job in a well established 5^ Hotel where l horned my skills passionately, I have worked in high end establishments and rose from a commis chef to a Tournant Chef to a well conversant Executive Chef. I have been tasked to Set up Professional Kitchens including Devising Menus and Recruiting Staff to the satisfaction of the Establishment which to me remains a great achievement as a Chef.
