I'm a well established and experienced chef in Nairobi. With over 8 years experience,5 of those in positions of management and consultancy. Skilled in menu planning,execution, fine dining, costing and control, marketing and management. I have the unique ability to adapt to situations, formulate solutions and avoid recurrence of previous mistakes/problems. Currently working as a private chef, but seeking a position in a professional restaurant/hotel set up.
I have worked as a chef for the past 8 years. I have been in management positions for the past 5 years, from sous chef all the way to head chef. I have worked as a consultant for three restaurants which are still in operation and doing quite well. The past year, I have been working as a private chef for different clients and also doing events such as dinner parties and birthday parties for high end clients.
I have a higher national diploma in Culinary arts, along with ICDL and CISCO certification.
I also have training in HACCP.
