I am a BSc (Computer Science and Mathematics Major) with IT graduate and CCNA Certified from Maseno University.

I have nearly ten years’ experience in ICT Systems implementations, Administration & Support, Business Development and Analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ERP Systems, and Project Management. I have great passion in developing, working with, implementing, and Supporting Systems/Software Solutions that help in enhancing Business Operations and therefore feel best positioned to take up the role of Quality Assurance

I have the ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical support requirements and develop innovative solutions for increasing reliability and improving productivity and implementation of highly effective operations and the cost-effective applications of innovative technical support strategies I am reliable, honest, well organized and comfortable working on my own and as a team.
