• Producing designs of floor plans for machines to be sold by the organization and installed at the client’s premise. These formed part of the documentation in the tender application process. The machines include Universal filling machines, web offset printing machines (GOSS Community and NBG), sheetfed offset printing machines (RMGT), industrial stitching, trimming and stacking machines (Muller Martini and RIMA Systems).
• Service, maintenance and repair of machines for our various clients such as: Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC), Beirsdorf East Africa, Rubis Energies, Highchem, USIU, National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA), Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) and New Vision Uganda.
• Installation of new industrial machinery in the printing and packaging industry.
• Lead design, development and optimization of mechanical systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Deliver demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept trials.
• Show how the product works in real-life situations.
• Work with the sales team to prepare technical proposals.
• In pre-sales, answering technical questions and offering design solutions.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and project plans.
• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects (timelines, budget, and scope).
