Ronald is a Gender/ Social Safeguards Specialist. I have over 8 years of working experience in Research, Project Development and Management activities including; Resettlement Action Plan Social and Stakeholder engagement skills in Community mobilization, Resettlement Action Planning, Strategic Planning and Socio Economic Assessment with over 8 years’ experience in Resettlement Action Planning as a team member and team leader in over 20 RAP/Stakeholder Engagement assignments for World Bank and ADB Funded projects.
Ronald has been working as Gender and Stakeholder Engagement Officer for Environments Management Consultants Limited (EMC Consultants Limited). During the period I have been tasked with the following duties; Review of the Resettlement Action Plan for persons affected by projects, Strategic Planning and Socio Economic. participatory facilitator and a capacity building and training expert skills in Community governance, human rights, project management, organizational development, institutional capacity development, project audits, policy development, program planning, monitoring and evaluation
